According to the CDC, there is no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread to humans through the use of pools and hot tubs. Proper operation, maintenance, and disinfection (e.g., with chlorine) of hot tubs and swim spas should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19.

Our employees and retailers are closely following recommendations from the CDC, and we have implemented health and safety practices so that we can continue to serve our customers.

Swim Spa Production Update: November 2020

The COVID-19 pandemic has interrupted the way we all live and do business. Manufacturing disruptions have led to shortages in the global supply chain. Master Spas recently learned that there would be a shortage of LED lit handrails, which are a standard feature on our swim spas. We understand that you have been anxiously awaiting the delivery of your swim spa. We don’t want to let this component shortage make you wait longer. As such, LED lit handrails will be replaced with stainless-steel handrails. With this exchange, we will be able to continue manufacturing swim spas at full capacity.
